The goal

PHSC came to Bigwave with a desire for digital transformation and to increase their online visibility with an expressed interest in Search Engine Optimisation. Following an initial SEO audit of the website we identified several issues with the content and the platform. With these findings in hand, we designed an SEO strategy that would establishing a solid foundation for their digital marketing efforts.

We had some excellent results early with achieving a 50 – 70% organic traffic increase in the first few months.

The strategy

With the Corona Virus lockdown in full swing, we identified several opportunities, through keyword research, to deploy organic lead generation campaigns. With the help of the knowledgeable PHSC consultants to create downloadable resources, amazing content, and our optimisation we achieved excellent results in a very short time frame.

After a comprehensive tender exercise Bigwave media became our chosen partner to support all the companies within the PHSC plc group. We have been working together following a prioritised action plan to address the areas of highest priority, and to further improve standardised branding throughout the subsidiaries within our group. We have supplemented this with targeted and bespoke 1-1 training for key people within each subsidiary so we can effectively work on the simpler aspects of improvements whilst relying on the support of Bigwave media for the more complex improvements.

This has given us a better level of ownership over our own website development and ability to respond to quick and easy changes as and when needed.
