The Location
Exeter Head Office, Devon (Flexi-remote)

This role will require the successful candidate to work from the Exeter office two days a week. The other three days offer remote working.

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team of 35 experts.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will work directly with clients to understand their marketing needs and develop and implement successful marketing strategies.

Liaising with clients to ensure their marketing and design support requests are completed on time and to a high standard, you’ll act as first point of call for high-profile projects.

You will also be responsible for the management of current client contracts, including conducting renewals.

Additionally, you will:

– Handle the day-to-day management of accounts
– Monitor projects and liaise with clients
– Provide sound and innovative marketing advice
– Upsell our products and services

About You

To be considered as a Account Manager, you will also need:

– Excellent communication skills
– Good organisational skills
– The ability to work to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
– Self- motivation with a strong ability to work autonomously

Previous agency experience would be beneficial to your application.

Hands-on marketing experience in any of the following areas would also be advantageous: social media management, copywriting, pay per click advertising and e-marketing.

The Role  

As a Graphic Designer, you will create a range of engaging and innovative designs,  
in-line with customers’ briefs.  
 
In this exciting role, you’ll have lots of opportunities to flex your creative muscles whilst delivering designs, making amendments to existing work and producing final artwork ready for print.  

The requirements

To join the Bigwave Marketing team, you’ll need: 

  • At least four years’ graphic design experience  
  • Experience of Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    Desirable applications: Premier, After Effects, XD, Lightroom, Audition 
  • Print and web design knowledge  
  • A creative flair  
  • Meticulous attention to detail  
  • The ability to effectively manage and prioritise your workload 
  • Campaign Creative 
  • Conceptual Design 
  • Diligence in spelling, grammar and checking work 
  • Ability to write enticing and creative copy 
  • Willingness to learn new skills to progress their career 
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills 

Very desirable experience in: 

  • Videography and editing 
  • Motion Graphics/Animation 

Desirable experience in: 

  • WordPress 
  • HTML 
  • Email Design 
  • Photography and editing 
  • Environmental Graphics/Interior Design
