Debbi has held senior roles at a number of businesses in the UK including with a national leisure management contractor working across the UK ensuring quality management systems were adopted and adhered to. Mentoring Teams to improve performance and manage KPI’s across a portfolio of venues.
She is passionate about delivering great customer service and maintaining high standards.
Debbi is a first point of contact for new prospects reaching out to the agency and part of the Client Services department within the agency. Debbi is a regular recreational exerciser and loves Northern Soul dancing, though not that energetic, and going to live music events.
