The goal
Like many businesses, ADS was looking for ways to grow exponentially by increasing their leads and search ranking. However, in a specialised market that offers products and services to meet very specific needs, it was important to build up a good online presence that will drive the right audience to their business.
The strategy
Through a local Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy managed on a monthly basis, Bigwave have been able to implement several content and page optimisations to ADS’s website, which has helped to increase their search traffic. We also used directory and citation building and offsite link building strategies to focus on rankings for larger towns and cities within their service area.
Linking up with Social Media
Dovetailed with PPC campaigns, we could directly target people looking for new windows, doors, or conservatories and use social media as a technique to grow ADS’s following and increase reach through posting consistent informative content. For example, by showcasing previous work and client testimonies and responding to audience comments we are also building trust and increasing people’s engagement with the brand.
The results
The sky’s the limit
Over a period of two years and as a result of Bigwave’s continued work to increase ADS’s digital presence and keeping it up to date, we have achieved an increase of more than 80% in their website’s traffic from search engines and a more than 860% increase in contact form enquiries from the same source.
Enquiries are now at such a level ADS are reorganising their internal processes to meet demand and maintain service levels.
